I had never heard of Talize before and stopped in to one. My husband has the hardest time finding hiking boots at a good price. We stumbled across a pair of Salomon Hiking boots his size that looked barely worn!

The kicker is that they were only 9.99 and are normally 249.99 new!!

So I get up to the cash and pay and THEN the guy tells me that they have a 50% off Sale this Saturday...ah well.

In any case, it was still an amazing deal! Going back there on Saturday to check things out if I have time and maybe I will find more great deals!!!

    Ohh... will definately go Staurday.
I went for the first time, and thought that it was really over priced.
My friend bought a paperback novel for $5- something.
I thought that was alot for a used book. oh well, will have to try again!

I have been going to the one on Dixie since they open their location there - last time I went I found their prices were up a lot though.
I always try going on their Sale days but I hardly find anything...

The one I went to was on Steeles next to the Michaels Craft Store and I also got a pair of kids Columbia Snow Pants for 2.99 in mint condition and a Columbia kids coat for 5.99. I thought those were pretty good prices for winter outerwear. Was going to wait until Saturday but they were the nicest ones on the rack so I figured that they would be gone too.

Those and the hiking boots I mentioned came to a total of 22 bucks!

Don't know if the sale is at all stores...all I know is that the guy at the cash at the Talize in Brampton on Steeles said this Saturday is a 50% off sale. You might want to call ahead as he didn't specify whether this was only on shoes or the whole store but I got the impression it is the whole store.
