I sent her a PM yesterday looking for information too. She sent me a message last Tuesday saying that she would send me the tracking numbers that day but nothing. Calling Keurig doesn't help either because everything is under her account so I would need her information to pull anything up!
This is weird and unusual for sure. The last time came off without a hitch at all!
Still hoping they are coming sometime! She did mention in an email something about them coming this week.. well it's only Wednesday so a couple of days left!Missing my Best Friend since 1971. RIP Lynda (1947-2012)

Ok, I did call Keurig. Just because Crispie placed the order does not mean you can't call and inquire about the order, afterall everyone has the order numbers Crispie forwarded to the email address you provided to her.
Here's how my call went: "Hello, I am calling to inquire about an order a friend placed and had sent to my address. Is it possible for you to look up my order from the order number my friend sent to me in an email. I have the order number's right here."
Here's where it gets confusing. The associate from Keurig looked up my order and then went on to tell me that my order (all of them actually) are marked as delivered and not ONE of them has my address on the order but all of them show my address in the forwards from Crispie.
I am so damn confused about this now. I have no clue what's up and Crispie doesn't seem to be aound to give a heads up or look into the situation.
Crispie, If you do check in we are all wondering what's up with the K-cups. I hope I'm not coming off as a B#*$! , I was simply trying to help ease some minds by calling and getting some word from Keurig which (obviously) did not help.

Where they able to tell you where they were delivered to? Or did they explain how they could be delivered to a different address then on the shipping confirmation? Sorry to bug you with questions =D I'm having a horrible coupon day (binder was stolen) and this is making me sad lol.

I gave only 5 of the order numbers from the 15 boxes I ordered, all 5 were sent to different addresses according the Keurig, some in the US and some here in Canada, not one of them is mine. She did not provide the entire address, she confirmed my address and then said "sorry, none of these have that address on them."
She has opened an inquiry to fin out what went wrong if anything....

I too talked to Keurig and they are escalating my order and I should get a call back within the next 2 days. However, I am also going to email them with all ten of the numbers, so maybe that will help a bit.
By the way, last time Crispie was online was March 20th. 8 days ago...
Just a thought but has anyone tried tracing the winners gift card that they bought and mailed? I tried but 1-800-SHOPPERS could not assist me, since I have no receipt even. I even tried Winners with no luck either, there is only 1 Winners in Saskatoon though....
