Is there a way to 'block' a person on here like on facebook?

You can add them to a ignore list ....go to there profile page and under user list (under there pic somewhere) there is a drop down menu and u can ignore user.

If you go into their profile, just under their name it says "user list" there you can put them on ignore

The ignore feature does not stop them from seeing you online though, and you will still see that they have posted, just not the content of the posts unless you choose to read it by clicking the link.
It should stop them from sending PMs, or being able to post to your visitor messages I believe.
