i got samples from them 3 years ago,a bag and a pen, they've been sending these huge junk mail catalogs and flyers ever since, i wrote an email asking them to stop, they still haven't...i know its free but i don't think its been worth getting junk mail from them for 3 years

I ordered these months ago and they never came. I find it kind of weird since I know its a reputable site as my parents used to buy pens with there company logo on them from these guys, but I'm not sure why they would have this on there site if they wouldn't follow through.
