*Over* Amsterdam free product sample (cups, travel mugs & more)

Months ago I ordered a mug - got an email saying it was backordered and they would send it when it came in. That seemed silly to me... why bother? I would have just chosen something else.

Re did it and this time it worked, I was able to order a couple of samples. I guess my page was not loading right, so had to fix it to get to accept. I don't know something screwy anyways. Big Thanks for posting.

I choose some shopping totes and a pad of paper plus a lanyard.
There is a max of 5 samples per order.

Just chatted with the online contact. You cannot order your own samples anymore as they took down the 'order a sample' link. But you can chat with them online to make your order.

Amsterdam is a promotions company. The idea is you get a sample and you like it, so you call them back and order 500 of them to hand out to your clients or staff.

So because in the last few days this has been posted all over freebie sites, you now have to make an account, and request to be allowed your samples. You are also only allowed 5 samples now! They started this today because so many people over the last few days have just gone on and grabbed free stuff. Its not good for their business which is supposed to be a supply for offices and businesses. (I found this all out on live chat with one of their reps today after getting a little angry at him over why I couldnt order samples. LOL)

I did this last year, or the year before, around this time and ordered the same as everyone else. Received nothing that I ordered.

A few months after they said I would receive my items, I received a pen with my name and address on it. I've received I think a few more of these since then, randomly.

Maybe I'd be sold if they actually sent the freebies they offered. My husband does have a business, after all, and would love a to see some free samples from a company like this.
