    Never had that problem, but i know a couple days ago they were doing updates to the site, so maybe thats why?

    On the plus, I FINALLY received my Chapters Gift Card, took 4 bloody months lol! I find it a bit funny cause i just placed an order yesterday through chapters, I ordered 2 more different gift cards one at the end of Sept, and one today, hopefully since they are crediting things faster they will be posting gift cards faster. Cheques I've never had a problem receiving, but like mentioned above, i dont ever buy anything with them, they go straight into the down payment savings acct.

    Yeah i order a cheque maybe every third redeem from them, the amazon one i ordered b4 came in about 5 weeks, the canadian tire one ive been waiting for about 3 weeks, and i just ordered another amazon.
