Going for 20, the Duggar family is due to increase in April.
Their youngest will be two in December.
The Duggar Mom is 45 - (interesting since my mom had her sixth, and last, child at the same age) says she's healthy and in great shape. Her last baby, though, was a micro-preemie, and the mom had health problems in the pregnancy.
They are grandparents of two. (My oldest sister had a baby four months before my mom had her last one.)

What could the next "J" name be?

The Duggars' 19 children, who range in age from 23 years to 23 months, are: Joshua, Jana, John-David, Jill, Jessa, Jinger, Joseph, Josiah, Joy-Anna, Jedidiah, Jeremiah, Jason, James, Justin, Jackson, Johannah, Jennifer, Jordyn-Grace, Josie.

Part of me thinks it's 'way cool' to have such a large family - when I was growing up, there were six of us - but I went to school with kids who were part of families of more, the highest number was 15.

On the other hand, I just go

yaknow... even extreme couponers in the states would have trouble feeding that lot lol.... man the grocery bill must be outrageous! There are so many kids out there that will never receive the kind of love the duggers give and pass on. I don't know if i am shocked or amazed.

    Wow, her poor body!

As for "J" names, I don't see Jacob or Jake anywhere or Jacqueline/Jackie for a girl.

Having 20 kids just because you can, doesn't mean you should.
They seem like loving people but this world is very overpopulated as is. They should have adopted some children who need homes who are already here.
Plus, that poor woman, having all those kids She can say what she wants about being healthy and such but can you imagine being preggo for all that time?

I can't believe 2 people can take care of all those kids, which leaves me wondering if a lot of the older children are helping take care of the younger ones?? In my opinion that doesn't seem fair. Awesome if they want to help but it seems to me like none of the kids get to be "kids" for very long, instead they have to start chipping in.

Personally (and again it's just my OPINION) but I think it's weird. I understand wanting a big family but 20 kids?????

I think Mr. Duggar should get a hobby and leave Mrs. Duggar alone.... But in all seriousness, her last baby was very small, I'd be very afraid after having one so premature.

I understand that their beliefs are against using birth control... but really, considering what happened with their last baby (she was born prematurely weighing 1 lb??), Michelle's age and medical hx (preeclampsia) another pregnancy seems extremely dangerous to mom and the future baby... like one of the other members said: just because you can have 20 babies doesn't mean you should!

I feel sorry for the older girls since they appeared to do most of the running of the home in the fews shows I watched. They also had an abnormal intereast in Michelle's menstrual cycle.

I think all the children's names start with J as another way to control the children. The parents will have to open all letters and be able to censor them.

They brought the cameras shopping once, something like 1300$ for 2 weeks.

I really like this family, and how they're all so close and their values.
