Yes, because the $4.00 one is for the "buy one" and the other coupon is for the "get one free". You can also PM Wal-Mart with the Pharmasave coupon because it has the retail price right on the coupon.

The eyeshadow coupon was on the middle page, top right hand corner. And I used the coupon at WalMart because it completely follows the coupon policy:
• Competitors coupons qualify if:
o issued by a Canadian competitor
o for a specific item for a specified price i.e. $2.99
o buy one, get one free (BOGO) coupons for items with a specified price
o they have a valid expiration date
o and are acceptable in black, white or color

I think using a bogo with another coupon(even though you are buying 2 separate products) is still a hit or miss situation. Some cashiers still consider this stacking, and won't let it happen. Sweet deal for those who manage to snag it though!

I know that Wal Mart DC has tried to say they don't price match BOGO on several occasions to me, so I have their ad match policy printed out to take with me.
