Okay I just want to clarify one more time before I bus to Zellers tomorrow to try and get diapers. If all I have is the PDF coupon, and I bring that in will it be accepted as long as what I buy is regular price??
TIA, this is confusing!

Thanks for this link.
I posted earlier that the government didn't take this kind of stuff lightly, but I couldn't remember which part of the government was responsible. Now, with this article, I know it's the Federal Competition Bureau. Hmmm, wonder if I should send them an e-mail...

Yesterday in Bayers Lake in Halifax, someone used their phone to SHOW the coupon and it was accepted. They had to get a copy of it from another till to use, but still worked. Mine, the cashier crabbed a bit about having to get scissors and cut it out.

Still good for 50% off regular items where I am and there was no running around panicking to change prices. One of the employess I know was not even aware of the coupon and the fiasco it caused. lol

I went to bed bath and beyond and couldn't find anything I wanted that Zellers would have. I did want some shower curtains so I have them call over and it turns out that it was the wrong brand and that the curtains were on sale at Zellers for $1 off starting the 29th. Seems that is there way around this coupon is to just put things on sale a small amount so they don't have much left people would buy.

I know it's *their* store and everything, and they really should clean it up, but I have to say.... consumers who do that crap really tick me off. I've watched it with my own eyes, like a bunch of rooting pigs, tearing packages of curtains open and deciding it wasn't what they wanted and wadding them up and throwing the wad and packaging on the shelf. Unrolling mats and deciding the color wasn't right and either leaving them right there on the floor or haphazardly rolling them up and leaning them against shelving instead of putting them back where they took them from. The mess disgusts me, but the people who do this disgust me more. Jus'sayin.

I used to go shopping with a co-worker at lunch time years ago and she did the same thing. Rummaging through the toy section and making a mess and then buying nothing. She did it a few times and when I went shopping at lunch time, never asked her if she wanted to go shopping again cause she didn't have a car.
