Thanks for the heads up. I didn't have enough of the regular $5 off any last year. Still have skinny cow in the freezer as I had too many of those. LOL. Its too bad we didn't eat more of the unhealthy cereals. LOL.

woohoo ty, Last year it was general mills that had the $5 off any ice cream, we picked up tons of cheerios. The kelloggs had the coupons for skinny cow. This year i will make a point of only purchasing cereal we use in bars or chex mix ect.

I saw the ice cream coupon on a general mills cinnamon toast crunch box but the box was very small (~300g) and cost 6.79!! Way overpriced (this was at SDM).

It's a pretty high-volume SDM, so I'd be surprised if they had stock lingering that long, but I'll double-check and report back. I have to go back to the IGA next door tomorrow to pick up my Defi Sante passport and coupons (they wouldn't give it to me today even though I could see the box of them sitting at Customer Service <grr>). The Skinny Cow freebie def had a 2012 expiry.

As for the General Mills vs. Kelloggs...you could be right. The ice cream one was on a Fibre cereal for sure, but I could have had Kelloggs on the brain thanks to all their awesome coupons lately.

Fibre One, perhaps? I think that's a General Mills cereal that had the $5 Ice Cream coupon last year.

Ended up at a different SDM today: the Skinny Cow freebie expires November 9, 2012 (that seems like a rather random/precise date...?) I didn't spot the ice cream promo one.

Kellogg's must really like the Nov. 9 date. The last Skinny Cow promo ended on Nov. 9, 2011.

I would love to see the ice cream promos from both General Mills and Kellogg's repeated this year!

LOL..cut out all the ice cream..ate all the ice cream..still have 2 boxes (of 4 or 5 bought) of cereal left to eat..plus the free boxes we received...which means gonna have to pass on this deal
