Gravol is basically an antihistimine -
Gravol should not be taken with alcohol or monoamine oxidase inhibitors. The active ingredient, dimenhydrinate, can also enhance the effects of drugs that inhibit the central nervous system. Gravol may also have interactions with barbiturates, benzodiazepines, narcotics and tranquilizers. Speaking with a doctor or pharmacist is recommended before taking Gravol with any other medication.
should not use with -
- Ultra-short acting - Midazolam (Versed), triazolam (Halcion)
- Short-acting - Alprazolam (Xanax), lorazepam (Ativan)
- Long-acting - Chlordiazepoxide (Librium), diazepam (Valium)
