For anyone looking for a pretty quick (and cheap!) Christmas craft
I came across this on the Chatelaine website. It's a wreath made out of pot scrubbers! Yes, I said it, pot scrubbers *lol* They estimate that it probably takes about 5 minutes to make, and personally I think it looks pretty nice

Where do all these crafty ideas come from? It amazes me what people can come up with.
I like it but don't really like silver anything at Christmas.

How cool is that? Is it bad I'm trying to mentally tally how much it would be to make one? LOL

It is in the current chatalaine mag, and they said that you need 5-6 packages of scrubbies and a foam wreath and however many beads etc that you want to add. I don't know about you but I wouldn't have thought it would take 6 packages of the scrubbies.
I'd say probably between 10-16 dollars to make.
Ahh, I just watched the video and they said 3 packages of scrubbies. So definetely under $10.Last edited by matrix82; Tue, Nov 23rd, 2010 at 10:33 PM.

You could spray paint it too if you don't like silver.

Or buy the bronze/gold pads instead.

I get Chatelaine, and I swear I never saw the article! Apparently I have blinders on - coupons first, then read anything interesting, then read the "other stuff"
