Oh ok! So it's a sort of dialysis. I didn't know that's what it was called, just always called it dialysis.

It's normal that it knocks you out. Your body has to work double overtime to 'create' red blood cells for the extra plasma (or something to that effect)

I went through a stint with 'dialysis' and I'd be wiped out that day and the next. You'll feel better tomorrow though.
