I walked down my hallway and stepped on a mysterious piece if dark blue glazed ceramic like stuff that was a triangle shape and so deep into my foot and we dont own anything like this, so he must have tracked it in on his work boots

I was dizzy right after but it subsided in about 20 mins but it really hit me yesterday afternoon. usually I just have the blood drawn off and I feel tired but ok but I feel exhausted, my arm hurts where the needles were (it feels kinda heavy too which I just emailed my specialist about)

very sorry to that pix how often do have to get that done if you don't mind me asking i ahte having blood drawn i'm a big chicken when it comes to needles

a year ago on the tetanus shot, we have to keep it up to date volunteering at the animal shelter and their idea of up to date is 5 years not 10 as my doc thinks lol

and Nancy, it depends on my labs, I was having it done once a month but my body disagrees with me eating cereal (and prolly the oranges) so every 2 weeks for a while
