What website is good and free to use to sell things?
Specifically I want to sell my Black Nintendo DS Lite that was barely used and an R4 (without a memory card)

Both Kijiji and Craigslist are good. But I find more results and success at Craigslist

Well, craigslist and kijiji are the most popular ones......kijiji is full of third-party advertisements which is what makes some people look for alternatives...other alternative you can try are:
PostAd (free and pretty nice design)
Eclassifieds4u (free but pretty unorganized)
Buysell ( free)
