Problems with Pigsback

I redeemed my lousy 1000 points for a $10 Tims GC. After I did the transaction, I just verified my shipping etc to be correct and there was no confirmation screen saying anything, shipping time etc. That was last week so I hope it comes in the next couple of weeks. I also did not get any emails to confirm my cash-out except that the points have been deleted from my account. Also, there is no transaction history that I could find so I am not exactly sure even what day I ordered was.

Has anyone received their points for the quizzes last weekend? I believe that they were supposed to give us those points as the site was having some difficulties last weekend.

I never got mine. It's starting to wear thin looking at that pink pig every time I open my browser. And for what...one point which I never got yet today either. I have 2420 points,,,only 80 days to go to get 2500. I bet when those 80 days go by something else will come so that I can't redeem them. I know many have received lots of gifts from them and won many points. For us new comers it don't mean much except that we joined a dying dinosaur. Too bad for us. I also can't even buy my way into them accepting a review or story.

I'm happy i got my highlighter pen and cute stresspig so far, still waiitng for my 2 piggy keychains (think those are gone off the site now as well), $25 Jacob gc and $10 Body Shop GC. I'm also extremely excited that i won the big contest, so i still have hopes for the site.

FYI: I ordered the piggy keychain(s)....and don't be surprised but you only get one....I was disappointed! cuz the picture showed 2

I also only received one. I never contacted them about it though, one is better then none (even though it said you get 2).

well it seems that pigsback is going to loose alot of customers, there are blogs and other freebie forums complaining. I thought it would be a good site..and Im sorry for psoting it...not sorry that I joined..I have never had any major problems with them, rewards that were not recieved I was given my piggypoints back.Its sad that the quizzes for points are gone, but there are contests on the site and I will visit the site to enter the contests. I redeemed aprx 200.00 worth of piggypoints and have about 12.00 now.
It seems too that orders are taking longer than the 1-2 weeks as stated on the site. I am sure they are backlogged and can only see it getting worse as people are cashing out and cancelling their account.
I politely emailed them today as it has been 3 weeks since I ordered my rewards, I understand it may take longer but knowing when sure would be nice.
This site was orignally posted as a way to earn freebies..not a site that gave out freebies.

Hey Hey Wanda, don't be sorry you posted it! Some people have been getting freebies, and that's good enough for me! It's not your fault that the getting points part is trickier now.
