Pigsbaxk.com takes you to the site for Ireland (where, I understand, the program is very, very successful).

I just tried going to Pigsback.ca and got this message:

They're not affiliated, Gap and Sephora. It was probably human error or simply they ran out of Gap cards and had a lot of Sephora cards.
If there are no stores around you, you could make the purchases online... they sell skin care and cosmetics, fragrances.

Or maybe you can offer to trade with someone here, There might be someone intrested, in doing a swap. Just a suggestion.
