So i was just checking my email and hotmail was wanting to block my account. it says that i have been sending to much email so i checked my sent folder and low and behold someone has accessed my account and is sending links from my account that could be a virus.. hopefully not but who knows... so please watch your account and make sure to check your sent mail regularly and to always log off all accounts and to clear all internet history so ppl cant steal your information or your accounts ...

I recommend testing your system to find out. Some of the suggestions in the article are technical but don't let that dissuade you.

I used the Android app mentioned first and was able to test my signal strength throughout the house. I also used the floorplan one and was able to use it to test the direction my routers antennae needed to be pointed to improve coverage in my house.

Then, visit grc.com (Gibson Research Company) and test your system using the Shield's Up link. GRC is arguably the finest site for network security and there is a lot to offer at the site.

My hotmail had that problem, but mine got shut down. Now I just use gmail. I like it better anyways.

I get spam from my friends hotmail accounts all the time, but never from a gmail one. I switched to gmail long ago and get the impression that hotmail accounts are easier to hack.

yeah i would have to think that hotmail is easier to hack because this isnt the first time this happened to me but on a different account. and as for my signal throughout my house it suxs i already know this because we have trouble with our internet a lot due to too many splices from telus wiring the house years ago... they did a horrible job i have wires everywhere.. yuk and im with shaw, so i have even more wires everywhere and they need to be coming and getting this all wired properly. but anywho it was just my email account hacked so far thats come to the attention i have checked all my other accounts and they dont seem to have any one accessing them but me from what i can see. which is great news so hopefully this is comming to an end soon with this hacking of my account lol .
