Today I felt like I was having one of those moments where your getting away as fast as you can....hair blowing in the wind.....you can't catch me I'm the coupon woman! LOL

I want to thank jubsies for her wonderful comments in her brag and tip on juice which I put to good use...so this song is dedicated to you....

So after I dropped of my son for school I headed out with a toonie in my purse (and that was it) and my coupon purse. I needed to get some regular stuff and had made my plan to use my $30 credit I had with my Sobey's points.

I got:
10lb bag of Flour $10.99
Mazola Canola/Olive Oil mix $5.79 (plus 100 bonus points)
Miracle Whip $4.49 - 50 coupon = $3.99
Silk Chocolate Milk $3.79 - $2.50 coupon = $1.29
Sugar $1.99
2x Lean Cuisines $1.99 each

...at this point I was $2 short of my $30 mark....so I turned around and there it was "ahhhhhhhhhhh" Fruit by the Foot $2.50 with free Oasis juice on the box! (I had 9 FPC's in my bag...but 1 more would get me another 3 airmiles at Metro!) I grabbed it!

Total $30.86
Minus 3750 points or $30.00
Total Paid $0.86
Earned 133 Sobey's points back!

I dropped my stuff in the car and of course grabbed my scissors out of my bag (yes I have scissors in my bag...lol...for coupon emergencies!) I cut that Oasis coupon out! Next I drove to Metro! I got some amazing Metro bonus coupons in the mail and couldn't wait to use a few of them!

I got:

10x Oasis Juice Boxes $2.79 each - 10x FPC = FREE
Plus 3 airmiles for every 2 I bought
Plus 10 bonus airmiles with mailed coupon

1x Yoptimal Yogurt (the last one on the wiped out shelf...whew!) $1.99 - FPC (gonna miss those) = FREE
Plus 8 bonus airmiles with mailed coupon

2x Source yogurt $1.99 - 2x FPC = FREE

Also I happened to walk down the toothpaste isle...looking for my son's which they didn't have....but I found some Arm & Hammer toothpaste marked down 50% off to $1.24....and I had 75 cent off coupons!!! I was making up a donation for my church and I remembered I didn't have any toothpaste to go with my floss, mouthwash and toothbrushes!!!

So I got 2x Arm & Hammer toothpaste $1.24 - 1x SCOP (yeah!) - 75 cent coupon = 49 cents for two!!!

The computer went a bit wonky when she tried to delete the second 75 cent coupon but it ended up being....

Total $0.69!
Plus 1 regular airmile earned
Plus 15 bonus airmiles for spending over $30 bonus mailed coupon
Total airmiles earned 54!!!!!!

I also included a photo of my donation to the church drive....more might end up there but this is what I have so far!!


So in total I saved $37.62 in coupons and $30 in points redeemed and only paid $1.55 for everything!!!!
