Do you remember the previous thread about a downy coupon that wouldn't open and a numerous people emailed the company and they promised to send $1 coupons. Well I was promised a FPC and have not received anything! Has anyone received a coupon from them?

I received my 1.00 off one a long time ago? HMMM...I would email them back and say you still not have received it.

Yes, I emailed them as well and received a very nice letter approx 2 weeks later and a $1.00 off any 1 Downy (excl Wrinkle Releaser).
