    Just a reminder for everyone who still has to use their HALLS coupons by the end of the month (the $.10 FB promo) to watch the cashier! I went today and redeemed 2 that I had since they expire at the end of the month. I usually watch the screen very closely but today got distracted. I didn't even think about it until I got home and checked the receipt....sure enough the cashier only took off $.10.....as opposed to me paying only $.10. I was super bummed....especially since the grocery store I went to was too far away to go back just for that. Drat! lol I'm always super excited when I get to save money.....and equally as bummed when I have a coupon fail, lol.

    Wow, I didn't know those were still around; I used mine right away.
    But when they first came out, others had the same issue you did.

    I wasn't the one who was doing the shopping that day, my son was, so I just reminded him to watch as the cashier did the coupon, and she had done it correctly anyway.

    I had mine tucked away for cold and flu season...which -knock on wood- I haven't experienced yet.....but since it was going to expire I picked up a pack of the Vitamin C ones. I'm usually really careful at watching the till too.....it's always the one time when you get distracted with something/someone that something gets entered wrong! lol

    I had the same problem with the stride gum coupon a few months ago, had quite the time getting the cashier to believe me, but in the end I prevailed I suppose it is an easy enough mistake to make, how many of them are like that really?

    You should ask the cashiers to put them in as a PM, that's what the cashier did when I redeemed all of mine!!

    This same thing happened with my coupon as well - just goes to show the cashiers don't really read them!!

    That's exactly what happened to me! I was halfway home before I realized, so I went back and got it fixed. How annoying! lol!

    Thats what happened to my stride gum as well. Took the cashier to a while to fix it/ reread it.

    When i used mine had same issue... I saw cashier taking just 10c off the price and i requested him to charge 10c as complet price for the product as that what the coupon said... and he kept telling that ya he did it as he rings in other items.... finally he called the manger and the super friendly manager void complete transaction/order and asked him to do again....

    it already took him like 15 minutes to put the order in at first and now he was asked to do it all over again... in doing so he missed the cheese coupon i had and already put the coupon in the register....but gave no credit for it.... so i asked him to return my coupon..... it took long but finally i got the coupon back and no discount for the cheese i bought... he said i can use the coupon next time... arrrrrrrr

    Most time i have been to this WM had some really crazy experience.. even the manager who is over the weekend is not so customer (coupon customer) friendly...

    how frustrating! i had a cashier mess up two of my oasis coupons yesterday. but i wasnt going back for the dollar screw up. still upset me though
