in my opinion it is no different than comitting a crime ....when you commit a crime you have a bad record...just cause you behave for awhile that record does not go away....it does let ppl know to be aware as you have had issues in the past....

Yes, a newer person who traded with jennifer35 is owed a GC. She did look at her trade ratings, but she had a good rating. It wasn't until later when her GC was not received that she went and had a look at Jennifer35's visitor wall, and when she read back, saw that this had happened before.

yup most traders don't go back several pages on a traders rating page....so they don't always seen if there is a neg rating last year around this time she recieved a few bad ratings ughh I hate it when I get ripped off but even more so when multiple ppl get ripped off ! I was taken for a g/c plus actual items she requested so my trade was a very high value....

With jennifer35 as I said prior it was just two sets of pet coupons for 8000 SDM bonus points so really how hard is it to send them out? BUT if she has been on the blacklist before which I beleive she has by hearing from other people she should stay on there!!!! For Sparkles Gift Card and Lots of HV were lost out which is frustrating.

Have to concur with Patty on this one... Im not a 'newbie' per se. But Ive been offered a few unfair trades by Moony. She was on the first page of this thread ages ago, as 'taking a break from trading', that was about a year ago. So why was she removed from that page and allowed to trade again, would be my question

Aww shucks. I would like to know how to change a rating. And how do I check the last time some one logged on?

One of the first trades I did was a generous trade for a $5 GC. The trade didn't come didn't come, when I finally contacted her she said her envelope had been returned because of insufficient postage. She said she would mail another one.... it didn't come, didn't come... I contacted her again. She said she is so sorry but she doesn't know what could have happened and she would send me another GC as well to cover the problem. Finally almost 2 months after the initial trade I received both GCs ( a subway and a sdm). I left positive feedback. I finally went to use them today. They are both empty. They are not GCs with expire dates on them, so I don't think that is the problem. They were only for small amounts $5 each. This person has not had a trade rating since mine and has not had one the month before my trade. I've Pmed but haven't heard anything yet (not surprising because it was only today).
Am I allowed to post the name before I have had a chance to talk to her to see if other's have had problems or do I wait?

Call the number on the back of the card and you can see if it was ever used. (Like she got it, used the money and sent it)

Like mentioned above, you can check (often online) to see if a gift card was used or activated.

See screenshot below to tell when they were last online, just click on their name and check this on their profile

As far as changing a rating, you need to contact Caring to change it

It just says the balance is zero, but doesn't say when it was used.
