    Yep, the trick is not to reload, just sit tight. Although the page doesn't show that it's loading, eventually it does . It took me about 5 minutes each for my order and my mother's.

    Bleh, I was signed up for the P&G BrandSampler, but not the Beauty and Grooming one. Seems kind of silly that they can't link all their pages.

    Wow, that was quite the process, but they are all right, patience is the key, even when you think nothing is happening, it is, don't click until the screen changes!

    edit:I changed my browser from Safari to Google Chrome, it was faster and it finally worked
