My leg of the relay went well; I even had my torch lit longer than scheduled because we were ahead of time and because I was third last to carry it, we had to stop moving for awhile so that the lighting of the cauldron would be punctual. I had intended to walk the leg, but the excitement pumped up my adrenaline and I "trotted" rather than strolled a little of the 300 meters. It was sort of like being a rock star at the community celebration with lots of people wanting to take pictures with (me and) the torch [I now ir was the real star, not me!]

As for the topic of this forum: yeah, what's with only 3 bonus sites? I count on a few thousand points each day when I hit "Listen Live"; now that's gone!

Morning peepss ~ Happy New years Eve day and New Years. Skiing/shredding was awesome yesterday ~ we are heading back north tomorow, as usually the slopes are empty first thing - given the number of people staying in sporting sore heads!!! Quiet New Years tonight - friends,family, some board and card games, good wine and goodies to munch on - kids are off to Guelph for the night - hmm you never stop worrying....

Garbutt's blog has me thinking of all my old albums..... I had Boston's first album with the cover actually on the vinyl, and it played!!!!

My ex let 4 boxes of my albums walk out the door at one of our moving sales!!!! Still not over it.....
