i liked the bigger page when one answered a post instead of the quick post,

If that's the problem you have been having, just click on go advanced, I think thats the page you are referring to..I think that's what you have been missing, a lot more posting options that way.

Quick reply was always there (I think even the quick reply box is bigger) but you can click Go Advanced (green button under the reply box) and it will take you to the big reply page.

I see a smily in your post and it says it was edited, so I assume you can edit now?

As far as quoting, it is no different than before and no one else seems to have an issue

thanks, cab monk and fallen pixels, i meant when i go to post and click 'reply to thread',
used to see a whole page (to be bad on), but now only little quick reply is where the mouse
dot thingy shows up --- i know i can click other options, but was used to and liked the
page instead of the 'quick reply' being where i was.
also wondering when i'm in 'likes', there isn't for me the hovering over someone's name
and having a direct link to post them or pm etc.

guessing if i shut up for another month or two, everything will be worked out --- so hoping for that,
how many months will that be since the revamping?
p.s. candies anyone?

Ok I'm off to bed been up all night at work. here's the thing, if you click on reply to thread, its not much of a stretch to then click on "go advanced" and that brings you to a large page that is pretty much exactly like the page you are used to using from the old site..

Gonna go sleep now for a few hours..

I tried to report a bunch of different spam threads last night from different users, and I still had to wait 40 seconds between reports. I read that this had been changed to 10 seconds, but it didnt work for me. Thx for any help

I already reported both the messages and reports, waiting for the admins to look into it

Just report one from each spamster rather than each thread started . The mods tend to delete all posts by them and it saves thier inboxes being cluttered.

I get tired of seeing the Canadian Voting forum taking up so many places on the New Posts thread.
