I'm not entirely clear about the whole stacking business.....just that we can't do it in Ontario.....so I'm not sure if the following is considered stacking.....or if it's fine. Any help would be great!
The upcoming RCSS flyer has Purex 96 load on sale for $8.88.......and I have a coupon for a free Purex product up to an $8 value. I'm wondering if I can use this along with the recent SmartSource coupon which is "Buy one 96 load Purex and get 1 Purex Crystals or UltraPacks free". Neither coupon says anything in regards to being combined with other offers. This thread is currently associated with: Real Canadian Superstore RCSS, Smart Source

Definitely stacking, because you're using more than one coupon to bring the price of a product down. By trying to combine these two coupons, you're basically wanting to buy Purex-96 loads, plus Purex Crystals, for 88 cents total.

Not stacking. The second coupon is applied against the 1 Purex Crystals or UltraPacks - which is free when you take an action - in this case buying the other product with the first coupon. I've done stuff like this at non-stacking stores in BC. You are using two free product coupons, and paying a little because one has a limit below the product price.

Grey area, I'd say no its not stacking but each stores/person tends to interpret it differently so best bet is to ask at cs first, that's what I always do. I did this tonight at my Wm, used $1 off and then b1g1.
Phrase it as I'm using the $8 coupon for the 96 loads and the other coupon for the crystals.
Good luck.

Although it is **generally true that most stores in Ontario do not allow stacking of coupons** it is not always the case.
Real Canadian Superstore recently changed their coupon policy to permit one manufacturer's coupon and one Coupon Zone (their store coupon) on that same item.
The last few weeks, I have been able to combine sale, price-matched or clearance merchandise with both a manufacturer's coupon AND a coupon zone coupon.
I have gotten tons of great deals and am way way behind on the brags because I am so busy getting the deals (plus the rest of life's responsibilities)
A few Walmarts also permit limited stacking, you need to check each store.TRADING COUPONS: FOOD, DENTAL, SOAP / BODY WASH/DEODORANT, SPECIAL CREAMS, MAKEUP, HEALTH, AIR FRESHNERS, HAIRCOLOUR, CLEANING, HAIRCARE/ SHAMPOO, DIAPERS, SHAVING, PET, MEDICINE,LAUNDRY, STORES, LONDON BUSINESSES, FAST FOOD, BATTERYPRODUCTS, CHILDREN FOOD and TOY, SMOKING CESSATION and lots more !!

I have answered the question about RCSS allowing stacking in a private message and in this thread.

Short Answer: Yes. You can stack one manufacturer's coupon and one coupon zone coupon on the same item. It is a recent change in policy.TRADING COUPONS: FOOD, DENTAL, SOAP / BODY WASH/DEODORANT, SPECIAL CREAMS, MAKEUP, HEALTH, AIR FRESHNERS, HAIRCOLOUR, CLEANING, HAIRCARE/ SHAMPOO, DIAPERS, SHAVING, PET, MEDICINE,LAUNDRY, STORES, LONDON BUSINESSES, FAST FOOD, BATTERYPRODUCTS, CHILDREN FOOD and TOY, SMOKING CESSATION and lots more !!

I don't think it's stacking. it's two products, two coupons. Stacking is 2+ coupons on one item.

I always give the $ off coupon before you give the Free WUB coupon. Its not stacking cause its 2 coupons for 2 products. Its when you hand them the Free coupon before the $ off is when it get confusing for everyone. Its just like the mouthwash and Floss pg coupons last go around.

I am not allowed to stack either here but I did something similar at a shopper's with the Pamper's coupons...I used a $2.50 off any Pamper's for the Baby-Dry and then the $5 on Cruisers WUB coupon on packs of cruisers and it was fine. The girl tried to tell me it was stacking and I told her I'm not using two coupons to discount one item, each coupon discounts a different item, and the WUB doesn't specify I had to pay full price for the first item, so using a coupon on it shouldn't make a difference.

I agree that it is not stacking. You have an FPC for the Purex. The other product is a separate coupon. RCSS will get reimbursed for both products, and you are not using several coupons for one item, which is what stacking is.
You are doing fine.

I think like most stores, it depends on who's working the till. I tried to do something similar at SDM & they refused. It was already 8pm & the coupon(s) expired that day so I didn't try at a different location. In my opinion, it is NOT stacking. I was using 3 coupons for 3 items, 2 were the same, 1 was different (it was a WUB3 coupon & I bought 3). I coupon per item - wasn't trying to use all 3 on the same thing. The lady at the desk didn't see it my way
.
Everyone should believe in something. I believe I'll have another coffee!!
