In my Walmart didn't want to accept coupon. They told me that I can use coupon only on L'oreal Color Rich Lipstick.
I tried to explain that the wording says that the coupon is valid on ANY Color Rich lipstick but store manager told me that I can use it only on lipstick because there is only a picture of a lipstick on a coupon.

The wording said something like " Any Colour Rich product" not lipstick.
It sometimes helps to make them read it out loud themselves.

Sorry...I meant to say that I had tried to explain that it is valid on any color rich product but the store manager insisted that I can use it only on lipstick. When I told her that I'm pretty sure she is wrong she said that she is 100% sure she is right- LOL

I can't contact Walmart head office till Monday, they are not available during weekend.

The problem at my WM was that it doesn't say "Color Riche" on the nail polish bottle. She had no problem with the "any" wording but was unsure if that was the actual product line in question. I told her I took it from the right advertised slot (there were plenty) and that she could match it all up to the UPCs in the flyer. She let it go without checking after all that. Through experience I'm quite patient as cashiers go through their process of verifying coupon and deals; but in the end when they question it like this but don't completely verify, why frustrate me?

y sister just tried to print it says all prints are gone. i had no problem using t cause the flyer add clearly shows a picture of the nail polish with the word color riche beside it

agreed. pictures mean nearly nothing on coupons. it's all about the wording. how else would we all get those overages for the toilet covers?

RCSS Huntington Hills nail polish was the same price and a lot more selection then at walmart. Deerfoot Walmart said they don't accept internet coupon when my sister went to buy some but I got mine at the same store.
