I got this too today. 2 sample packs (5 K-cups). 1WolfGang Puck Hawaiian Hazelnut and one Green Mountain Breakfast Blend Decaf.
They came with the same message as the OP's did.

Our company has a Kuerig system but you have to bring in your own coffee. Can't wait to try these out.

i just received 2 boxes.
inside was 2 sample packs in each box. total of 4.
the packing slip inside.. one said the same message as the above.. and the other didnnt have the message..

I did get 2 sample packs also a 5pk of jamaica me crazy & a 5pk of decaf.
And also had the same message in it. Soooo did anyone receive another order?? The 30 days must be almost up now

For the ppl receiving the sample packs do you happen to remember where you were on the list? Maybe someone is slowly making there way through it?

I wasn't actually on the list. I was one of the "extras" and I got the sample packs. (a long time ago now.)
