Okay, maybe I am odd but it says no purchase required. So, couldn't you take a bunch to the cash (with friends of course) and just get the free prizes (i.e. $5.00 CT card)?? I don't get why you want more than one card. Am I missing something?? I didn't think this was such a good deal but it seems lots of people are excited. Fill me in :D

If you read the card very carefully it says that no purchase is required for the $5 M&M card, which I did without problem this morning before 10am.
You must have a transaction of $5 or more, for the $5 CT instant savings.
"Coupon must accompany purchase and the purchase amount must exceed the coupon value before taxes."
This is why it is handy to know what the scratch card says before you spend anything. ( See previous posts for hints on how to do that but retain the scratch coat on the card.)Last edited by greencanuck; Fri, May 18th, 2012 at 04:09 PM.

We're so used to having to work hard to figure these out...guess what I noticed? If you tilt the card under a strong light you can make out a shadow of the barcode from the FRONT of the card! The scratchy stuff must have adhered differently to the black ink? Lol, Canadian tire!

I got two cards, both for M&M's, which is perfect! They have 8 burgers for $7.98-$5.00=$2.98 each. Still have over $30.00 on my M&M gift card so 16 burgers=FREE! Nice!

got 7 scratch cards and they are all $5 m&m coupons...went to CT today, purchased the $10 GC and got myself two of each packages of royale tissues, fabric sheets and dish detergent, spend $14.12 for $35 M&M coupons. I just went to customer care and cashier, scratch the cards and they gave me the M&M coupons, no purchase necessary as stated on the card..now have to check M& M flyer for good deals..Its been a productive day so far..

I went today and after I quit the store with my items, I found one M&M coupon I'll see for more this evening. Some people don't want their coupons and left them somewhere.

We usually get the big bag of onion rings for 4.99. Some stores let you get it for 4.99 and some makes you buy over $5.
I remember reading from last time that they sell coffee too. I don't know what brand and how much.

My second trip was to Bay and Dundas (Eaton Centre) Canadian Tire in Toronto.
Trans #1 downstairs cash: $1 baking sode. $4.99 Gain. OOP $1.77
Trans #2 upstairs cash: 0.49 water bottle. Got $5 M&M coupon. I'd get a load of those M&M ones if I could. Have 10 now and wish there were more of me and more Canadian Tires around here
The M&Ms coupon has no min purchase. I think the expiry is June 12 thoughApply every possible promo code to your cart, at every store that you visit (and get points for cash back on top of that?). It's sweet and easy with HONEY.
