    Hi

I need to buy a new printer (pretty much solely for couponing) and am wondering if there are any printers that are particular popular with couponers? .....perhaps based on value/cost of ink or quality of the coupons that it prints.

I really have no knowledge when it comes to printers...I usually just buy whatevers on sale! lol. So any suggestions would be useful for me...any probably many other folks, I'm guessing ;-)

    Thanks!!

Laser printers will save you a lot of money. They're also super super fast compared to inkjets. The only problem is that laser printers aren't the greatest when it comes to colour printing but I print all my coupons out in black and white anyways. It might be a problem for some though. I personally own this sexy beast:

Prettiest printer I have ever laid my eyes upon, lmao.

We have just a basic HP all in one deskjet - about $30 clearance last year from The Source.
It's VERY good on ink usage; you have an option to use greyscale, which is just a bit lighter than regular black, but still looks 'normal'.

Wow, this one is an awesome price at $40!

This one is still a great price at $60

I know everyone will have an opinion on brands based on their personal experiences, but we've found Epson just eats ink like crazy and didn't print very clearly, and Lexmarks were junky.

Always look at the price of replacement ink...don't let super cheap printer price fool you. I have a Brother printer that takes generic $5 cartridges of each colour. The printer was around $100, but I know I will save on ink in the long run.

I second the laser printer! Mine is only B&W, quite old (13 years now!), used it a lot through university, cost an arm when we bought it, but we replaced the ink cartridge twice only (at 100$), so I don't even think about price of ink before printing! Now you can have a decent B&W laser printer for about 70-80$. I wish I had colour once in a while since some coupons don't come out very well in B&W, but don't see no compelling reason to change!

You can also save money by buying generic brand ink/toner cartridges on eBay.

I buy all my Brother compatible cartridges off eBay for about $4 each. You can't beat that deal

There are various printers available in the market . In my opinion HP black and white laser jet printer is the best printer for printing online coupons. It is working very fast and providing best quality.
