My codes were labelled expired, but still worked when I tried them... Did you try?

One of the reasons I wanted to rant was because they told me that my code were no good because the promotion was over. I called 3 times, the first 2 they took my name and assured me that they would get back to me and the third, the supervisor said she agreed with me and my grievance, but there was nothing she could do. The biggest problem I have with this is that there was no expiration date of the promotion on the front of the packaging.

My code didn't work (this was way back when) and I emailed them and got no response. I think they're hit and miss about whether they reply.
