I ordered a twin bed and headboard for my daughter on May 25th via Walmart.ca. Was shipped out on May 28th with expected delivery June 1 via Purolater. Tracking numbers given,but unable to "track at this time" Dropped dad off at work and what do I come home to? A "sorry we missed you" on my door. I now have to borrow a friends truck, go from Welland to Niagara-on-the Lake and get my daughters bed, which wasn't supposed to arrive for another 2 days!
UPDATE:
Called and rescheduled delivery. Tracking on the site will not update, but as of 5 minutes ago, her bed was delivered making me a very happy mommy!Last edited by teegansmom; Wed, May 30th, 2012 at 02:03 PM.

Poor you! Call Walmart customer service and complain about it and tell them the situation! You paid for shipping so they should ship it to you. If not, you want to your money back on the shipping.

u can call purolator and request for them to redeliver it should be at no extra cost

I hate Purolator with a massive passion. They are horrible horrible shippers. Their customer service is never any help and so rude that often times I find myself cryin in frusteration after I get off the phone with them. Sometimes we get no choice in who the retailer ships with.
P.S. This has nothing to do with WM IMO, I think the problem lies completely with Purolator.Insert Clever Signature Here
