Just make sure you rinse it well before using it, I didnt the first time and hated it and it took me a while to try it again - now I rinse twice to be sure all the bitterness is gone

Don't know what's for supper, though... depends when the company comes and when they leave.
My side of the family says a time, and sticks close to it. My husband's family, you cannot pin them down to a time. If you do, they don't abide by it, sheesh! I've learned to not let it bother me (but it still does, lol).

that would annoy me too............could you do a crockpot dinner (next time) or just throw a casserole in the oven, and then just turn the oven down & keep it warm till company shows up?
