Ugh.. me too.. I have been trying to avoid it because I know its so bad for you ( stay away from the beds now, I used to go all the time) I am guilty of getting some sun in the summer. I have yet to find a sunless tanner than works...

I'm quite lazy.........more than I should be..........I've been playing on the computer & debating about going for a walk.......instead of actually just going for the walk.........now it's getting dark & cold out.......that's another excuse.

I have been doing a weight -training class 3 days a week though - lots of squats, lunges, arm curls, push ups, chest presses, ab work...........you feel (and see ) your body start to change after the first 2 classes.
