    My wife happen to have the camera in her hand this morning looking out our back window and caught these pics

    I have been on a waiting list for 2 years to get a plot at my community garden...finally got one recently and was there the other day and there were 4 little hummingbirds enjoying the rosemary bush.
    I recently got a new DSLR camera (thank you SDM points) so thought I would take my camera to the garden one day and practice taking pics.

    @Thatdone - those are fabulous photos; kudos to your wife!

    I don't know what the heck was in our yard or on our street - my son asked who imported the bird from the jungle! That's just what it sounded like; it was very cool!

    Lots of robins lately, which is very nice. Other songbirds, can't see them, so no clue what they could be - but with very pretty songs.
