Does anyone know if we are allowed to use coupons AND the $5 scratch instant win? I would like to get some toilet paper.

Some stores are okay with it, others put up a fuss. On the scratch card, it instructs the cashier how to a accept coupons with the card, but some cashiers read somewhere that it says "cannot be combined with any other promo" and so they say you can't.

so true. The worst part is that some cashiers consider sales price a promo and simply refuse to allow towards the sales prices of that week. I have experienced it at different stores and with different cashiers and cust service people which in my opinion is incorrect or plainly dumb.
