I think everyone can feel it. I hate the feeling though...its weird...I just turn around and give 'em a glare...depending on who it is.

lol yup tht happens to me too alot...the tiny hair on the back of my neck start tingling for some reason... :? ...but ya i can feel it!

I can always tell
I love turning my head quickly and catching them... and I always laugh when they avert their eyes past you and pretend they were looking at something else
