    Please do not wear an a hat as it is will never work as you will get heat on your arms and legs just using an a hat only..

    Please do use an a umbrella only on the hot weather. I notice that from ages years ago that old ways they use an a umbrella to over hot weather... So use that... Umbrella is just not only for a raining days... Can use in the hot weather too...

    Hope you use this tip and share others...

    Wear a wet towel around your neck to keep you cool when you must go out in the super hot weather. Eat light, frequent and easily digestible meals- high meat meals cause your body to heat up to process it.

    I highly recommend sitting in your kids splash pool. Use it as an excuse to play with them but secretly it's all for you.

    When I was in China, lots of people used umbrellas in the VERY HOT weather in Beijing in July/August! I figured they had a good idea! Many of them were sun reflective, too~

    am i supposed to follow my kids around the school yard with an umbrella? i think not... hats work just fine.

    I like to draw a nice cold bath and soak in it on really hot days. Feels sooo good when you climb in.
