BRAG: A trip to Almost Perfect, Walmart and Zellers! *PHOTOS*

Almost Perfect is our new favourite place to shop...even if we can't use coupons!
My boyfriend loves it, because he gets to buy lots of vegetarian/vegan friendly foods.
I love it, because now I don't have to watch him shell out a ridiculous amount for protein packed fake meats!


From left to right:

• Yves Veggie Chick'n Strips 1kg: $5.97 -- Regularly $3.99 for 170g
• Yves Veggie Pepperoni 1kg: $4.97 -- Regularly $2.99 for 120g
• Fresh frozen strawberries 1kg: $2.97 -- Super sweet and tasty!
• Yves Veggie Ground Round: 2 for $0.99 -- Regularly $3.99 each
• 2 boxes of Cliff Builder's protein bars 12pk: $8.97 each -- Regularly $2 a bar at Walmart or $13 a box at Costco! (not pictured)

Walmart was great as usual, my cashier took a little longer to read over the coupon due to the fact that the Ziplocs were $2 and the coupon would get me $2 off. She was pretty amazed! She rang them through, no problem.

• 12 packages of Ziploc bags (XL & regular): $2.00 each -- used 6 right@home coupons between my boyfriend and I
• Bag of store brand chips (Ketchup, so good): $1.00

Total: $4.25 with tax included

Zellers did not disappoint- at all. I was actually impressed! The coupons were more than the value of the items but that wasn't an issue.

• 8 sticks of Secret deodorant: $1.49 each -- PM'd No Frills. Used 4 save.ca B2S4 coupons.

Total: Zero! Plus, I used a 25,000 bonus point coupon and HBC card = 25,550 points

She rang all 8 in @ $1.49 ($11.92) and taxed it (+$1.55). My total was $13.47, so she deducted $12.00 (3 coupons) and asked if I wanted to use the 4th coupon punched in at $1.47 so and I quote, "..you wouldn't have to pay a cent. Um..heck yeah!

Also purchased: 2 sturdy nail files from Michaels for a buck
