..."fruit at the bottom" yogurt!?
I bought a few Liberte yogurt tubs with FPCs and it's absolutely delicious, but I don't understand why it's not pre-mixed for you! I can kind of see it for the individual serving containers but for a 500g container, I just have to stir it as soon as I open it. And as far as I can see on the container it doesn't state that anywhere. Just don't make sense to me.

I have no idea why they have fruit at the bottom yogurt. When I was a kid, I would just eat the top and throw it out when I got to the sugary fruit at the bottom. You're supposed to stir yogurt anyway since it separates, similar to oil and vinegar salad dressing. My only idea is that you encourage your kids to stir it if the fruit is at the bottom, whereas the mixed in fruit might not encourage the kids to stir it before eating.

I like the fruit at the bottom as I don't like my yogurt too sweet, and this way I don't stir in as much fruit as they provide. Yummy!

Maybe it has something to do with maintaining the proper texture before getting to the consumer? I know that when I stir up yogurt in the container, it releases the water and then it needs more stirring prior to eating. When you first open up the pre-stirred yogurts, it's usually pretty runny already. It doesn't bother me too much, I just want good-tasting yogurt.

I guess I am just too used to my regular single portion cups that are premixed and don't separate too much

I don't mix my yogurt and prefer the fruit bottom over the stirred.
