Our 1st brag, highlights included:
Giant Tiger
2 Hand Soap dispensor kits @ 14.99 - MIR 14.99 = FREE
2 Toilet Ducks @ 1.97 - 1.00 = .97 each
4 Scrubbing bubbles BOGO @ 2.98
Walmart
9 Advil Night Time Gel @ 3.97 - 4.00 = FREE
1 Raisin Bran @ 2.47 - 1.00 = 1.47
RCSS
1 HH, Free veggies (not shown) @ 2.69
3 Cottonelle (not shown) @ 5.99 - 1.00 = 4.99 (.42cents a dbl roll)
2 Fusion proglide razors @ 7.99 - 2.00 = 5.99 each
Rexall
7 Adidas Deodarant @ 1.99 - 2.00 = FREE
Rexall and RCSS both had tiny Nivea creams for $1.29 but we didn't try to use the $2 off coupons from SDM. Would have worked at RCSS I think but def not at Rexall. We had a real crankypants cashier at the Rexall in Ajax on Westney. She said we couldn't use all the coupons at once cause it was one per purchase. I offered to leave and come back in the store 7 times and she said that would be fraudulent (sp?). She said if we wanted to use more than 1 coupon she'd have to ask the manager, we kindly offered to wait while she did. She came back talking about fraud and how RCSS only accepts their own coupons because of fraud and then rang us through......Happy days! We won't rush back to that store....unless there is another too good to pass up deal on!

Crankypants cashiers are EVERYWHERE these days it seems. 4 out of 5 cashiers think we are ripping the companies off by using their coupons and ripping the stores off by getting things so cheap or free. They need to lighten up and do some homework on how coupons work! Not to mention most cashiers and managers alike seem to think that one per purchase means one per transaction...which isn't the case. One per purchase means 1 per item your buying..so if you have 20 deodorants and 20 coupons each of your deodorants counts as a "purchase".
Great first brag! It will only get better for you!

Great brag...and yes!!!! That store has some of the worst cashiers!!!! I've been in email talks with their manager Karen about coupons...ones including tax or being over the value.
This is the responce from my second email about her staff turning me away:
The coupon would be considered as tender, however you would have to pay any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated on the coupon.
I will review coupon procedures with my staff.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Thanks,
Karen Jess
