lecale, so happy to hear that your appointment went well and that you are seeing and more importantly FEELING an improvement. For weightloss, I always thought youshould be eating 10 grams of carbs for every 100 calories you consume. I could be wrong, am I? lol Either way I'm not consuming that many carbs anyways lol
And patty.... WHAT egg debate? *evil grin*

Well proof that you are never too old to change, my mom who is 87 no longer has to take cholestoral meds. I have her on the plant based diet too.

Thank you Abby I appreciate it, since my sugars have lowered I'm feeling alot better. I was quite naughty and had some berry tart yesterday with thanksgiving dinner, but on track today and my sugars are 5.9. Woot! I've decided to eat whole foods with a good emphasis on veg, like a major emphasis on veg.
