SDM Live Fabulous Specials ???

Thanks Peaches. I didn't have time to dispute the bill yesterday. But it did seem odd when I went to the area where the chocolate section was. All the other varieties were gone except eight Burnt Almond bars. I grabbed four and headed to the cashier. Paid the bill and looked at it. No bonus points. Thought the store manager or SDM shut down the promo. I'll let everyone know the outcome later.

I gotcha. I hope it didn't sound like I was being mean, I was just trying to make sure I've got everything clear, because I did not look at any bars but the Dairy Milk, as those were the ones listed online. I think if I get more I'll just stick to the Dairy Milk bars.

Oh no, you didn't sound mean at all. I am sorry if I sounded short.

I was trying to have it understood that there is a difference between saying Cadbury 100g bars are included in the promo, and Cadbury Dairy Milk bars. If Kraft wanted all Cadbury (caramilk, burnt almond) included, it would just say Cadbury 100 g instead of specifying Cadbury Dairy Milk 100g.

You'll love this. I found one store that had 20 caramilks on clearance for .99 with the buy 4 get 8000 it made up for my dumb move when i bought 10 jersey milks @$2 each that offered 0 points

I almost bought the jersey milks the first time I went to the store on the weekend too, cause its all the same shelf! lol Great score with the Caramilks though!

I honestly wish I had tried the Caramilk too, I like them a lot more than the Dairy Milk bars. I figured the wording was specific to Dairy Milk for a reason and didn't even try

Though, the Toffee Dairy Milk is pretty good too!

Is the reason people arent getting points due to the fact that they are buying all the same bar. I was under the impression that in order to get the 8000 points no more than 2 of the 4 items could have the same upc. The store I've been to has the Burnt Almond tagged as part of the promo. I think you just have to make sure you dont have to many of the same kind.

I also received points for the fruit and nut dark chocolate and reg dark chocolate and they also don't say Dairy Milk..so i really dont think it matters.

I didnt make it up, it was in an email I recieved from Mrs J. I just thought it might be a reason why some werent getting the points. It's always good to have an open mind but if helpful suggestions are unwanted then I'll go back to not sharing. I posted what worked for me and I recieved the points. I stopped sharing last year due to peoples asininity, I guess times havent changed. I hope the folks not getting their points figure it out.

Rules change.

No where has it been mentioned that you get points for Cara Milk , Burnt Almond and Dark Chocolate , but People still got points for all 3 of them. Just like I did

But now some people are No longer getting points for them, so apparently SDM either fixed the glitch or changed the rules .

There was a bonus points tag on the caramilk but none in stock. Store was not limiting number of bars purchased but only a few on shelf. Store is in the middle of town so I was suprised to see any bars at all on the shelf.

I only bought the Premium Dark ones and the Burnt Almond ones over the weekend , and got the BP for them

My store still has tons in stock and still have signs in front of the Premium Dark Ones and the Burnt Almond ones for 8,000 BP ..I don't need anymore chocolate so I don't know if they are still giving out the 8,000BP on these 2 types or not as per the sign in front of them , didn't want to test it.

Maybe the premium dark ones and the Burnt Almond ones are also still giving out the 8,000 BP

My SDM stores still have signs in front of the Burnt Almond ones and the Premium dark ones for the BP ..I don't want any more chocolate otherwise I would have tested it out for those 2 types as well
