Need to save!

Hi! I'm a middle class worker who need to save since I just fix my car with money I don't have! I remember watching once "Extreme Couponing" on TLC and thoses peoples became my idols . So I'm here to learn. And can someone help me with finding coupons for foods? I found a lot of coupons for beauty product, cleaning product, animals food and other product but not a lot for food.

Food Coupons: save.ca, websaver.ca, gocoupons.ca all carry food coupons.
Stores are another place to find them.
Is there anything specific you are looking for?

Have a look through the trade lists. I've found quite a few people willing to trade with newbies in exchange for either what I have or stamps.

Thanks! I have register on thoses websites but I can only receive one coupon for a product every 40 something days. I found a lot of coupons in supermarket but still I can barely found coupons about food. I didn't found nothing for Heinz, Lipton, Knorr, Sealtest, Pasta sauce, bread, fresh produce, Campbells, etc..

Campbells soup, Knorr, Lipton,Pasta Sauce and Bread... you can definitely find in the stores..

I am not so sure about the Heinz ones..

on the back of cereal boxes right now they have ones for bananas, salade, ect....
