This thing elusively called "spring" is apparently coming this weekend....
Had a wonderful evening yesterday, amazing supper (if I may say so, myself, since I cooked it [but you know how it is when everything just turns out 'just right' and even better!]), great catching up with our son - and, as a bonus, he helped me with some computer thingees, too!

Morning all...had to pull out the heavy winter coat and scarf for the commute in this morning...not at all pleased with that...:(
I think we all like bacon, cause it sizzles & then splashes,
Some people eat there bacon in the form of rashes,
Bacon makes any sandwich a most enjoyable delight,
& you can enjoy your bacon any time, morning, noon & night,
I once knew a Mom who even made a bacon birthday cake,
& if you save your bacon fat, you can make a fine milkshake,
Bacon chips, bacon crackers, & bacon bits to top off any salad,
& if you were to google it, there's probably a bacon ballad,
We've seen pics of bacon bandaids & pics of bacon soap & shampoo,
& I also hear there's a funky dance that's called the Bacon-Do,
Although bacon isn't health food & Dr Oz says "it is bad",
Bacon is just one of those foods, that makes so many glad!
