morning! just enjoying a coffee while the kids watch jake and the neverland pirates. it's snowing pretty good here today but its not so cold so maybe we'll go outside after and clean the driveway for dh so he wont have to when he comes home. i guess we should probably walk to the mailbox too since i havent been since last tuesday. woopsie!

i'm so excited, i've been looking for a decent priced elliptical on kijji since before my birthday in november. everything that was in my price range sold very quickly... until last night!! i found 1 and she was asking $100, when i emailed her to ask if it was still available she replied back and said that she was in the process of moving and just wanted it gone. someone was supposed to come and get it the night before but didnt show therefore she said just to give her $40 to get it out of there. cant wait. i had one before and lost 50# on it. skinny jeans here i come! lol

The lady and I got our set about 4 years ago from Leon's, it was on sale, matching set (2 box springs and the mattress), King sizes (regular, not the California king), mattress cover, and a lifetime warranty on the cover, all totaled under $750.
Take a look around, most places have promotions on for certain models.
Our bed is almost 8 years old. I cannot believe it's been that long.
I'm starting to think we need a king size! Once the munchkins hop in, I'm falling off the edge. lol.
But it'll have to wait a year or two.
Abby, have you checked kijiji? Sometimes small companies advertise sales there. You dont have to go used, just look to see if there are "mom & pop" companies that have posts. Sometimes you can find some pretty good deals. I know my friend got a great deal on a king that way. The store was fairly small, in a quiet area of the city but they had lots of styles and sales. I guess it's a good way to keep costs down.
