Good morning..for today and tomorrow...just a really nice family b'day for our Grandson yesterday!!! But sheesh I'm tired this morning! Tomorrow I'm at the hospital for 7am for pre-surgery tests and a meet and greet with an anesthesiologist. That should take, the gal said, about 4-5 hours!!!!? Good grief.....:neutral: So I doubt I'll be on here in the wee hours of the morning...

Good luck! Just show that anaesthesiologist how fast you can go to sleep at that hour of the morning! DH has his regular CT scan tomorrow. I'm going to stay home with the doggies and hope the humidity goes away!

My last anesthesiologist didn't want to put my full "out" because of my high (but controlled!) BP, so I may go the "twilight" route; my surgeon said I wouldn't know or care what the heck she was doing to my leg in that condition. Hmph. Problem with that is....like my Mom and our DD, we take a looooong time to freeze, so I have no idea what to think or do!!Just a little scared, actually.....

When I had my knee scoped, the Dr. gave me the La-La juice! It was interesting but surreal - but I really didn't care that THAT was really MY knee he was zooming into. I'll be that little "sprite" on your shoulder making sure they treat you right.

Thank you, my Friend, I know you'll be thinking of me.....gosh, if I'm this nervous about my pre-op, what the heck am I going to be like in 10 days?!:shock: I should ask for a wee sumthin' -sumthin' to relax me that morning; I doubt two double scotch 'neat' would be acceptable....
Um....do people say stupid things when you're in la-la land? Oh, I'd hate that.....!!
