When something goes wrong, always think of Walks. Be careful...she can be dangerous when she hasn't had her afternoon nap. Or she's on her green juice diet. Research, Hon, before you approach her...:yikes:

Why? It's more fun this way!
well what do we have here???
Hey Lynn! no need to be offering my name up to hicks, she is already grumpy over...........( I'll whisper it......
the Jays! )
Anyways I am totally innocent on account of being tech NON-savvy! No skills at all.
Hello folks!
Today took pooch for his grooming, returned some borrowed clothes to a friend (they're too big- tee hee!)
Then we picked up meds- only 3 more months of having to pay more than a co-pay.
Sourced out covers for eavestroughs to stop plugging our downspout causing flooding in our basement again.
Made some turkey soup to give to my cousin's family.
I will be driving her mum and sister to Windsor tomorrow to see her. She is "stable but critical" and was given last rights yesterday. When the staff turns her to avoid bedsores and congestion in her lungs, her vitals crash. They turned her over yesterday to try to increase her oxygen level. It worked somewhat, but it's a temporary attempt to stabilize her.
Her family is trying to set up a fundraising site as she has no "sick-time" associated with her job or the jobs of her brother and sister. Have any of you heard of such a site?
DH is making some chili for the family for tomorrow.
Magy, I hope your recovery continues to get easier.
Boo to You, Lynn! Hee-Hee! Two more days until Spook Day!
You just HAD to mention halloween to me, eh? :mmph: This too, shall pass...in two days it'll all be over and you won't have me to kick around anymore, Lady! Hmph.
Avon, there is such a site for arranging donations for personal issues; it might be something like this one:

Well, I has a huge sad....
I opened the front door about six or eight inches just to get some air into the house - it started getting cold so I didn't leave it very long, so I went back from this room where I am to close it.
About an hour later maybe, I hear all this meowing and can't identify as to where it was coming from - I checked the bedroom which was closed with my husband sleeping there, no cats caught in there.
Go to the front door and open it - Vader all panicky runs in meowing - the outside screen door was wide open - which I hadn't noticed when I pulled the storm door open earlier - so both cats went out. GAH!
They are not outdoor cats, ever! And they don't know the neighbourhood because of this.
Called and called for Taffy, no sign of her. By this time I was crying like crazy, because Taffy is a 'special' cat and cannot fend for herself outside - because of her being part Ragdoll, they do this thing like if they would see a car they would lie down in front of it instead of running away...
SO I woke my husband up, and he went out searching down the block - saw her and tried to get her to come, she wouldn't - he said she was acting like a wild cat, running and leaping over fences. Waited a bit and he tried again, no luck.
Now it's been hours, and we just have to wait for now - hoping she comes back.
At first Vader was still all meowy and crazy calling for her mom, but she's settled down, and just sitting vigil at the living room window by the door.
And I've calmed down, but I'm SO worried. She's 10, and my sweet beautiful furball!
Oh, Natalka, how frightening! I'm so sorry Taffy is such a little doll and I know how much you love her...I hope and pray she returns very soon and you can snuggle her up again. Thank goodness your hubby is home; I know he won't stop searching for her. Would it help to open your front or door or window so that she might hear Vader or you and get her bearings? What a terrible fright..I'm sure she'll be home soon....{{{hugs}}}
Gah! Our DD is happy to hide in her office and ignore the Halloween shenanigans, costumes, etc today, lol...They both took our Grandson to his school Halloween "dance" last evening and I'm pretty sure she and their little guy tripped the light fantastic together, :) , they dance at home, so I'm anxious to hear all about it.
I guess everyone's kiddies are wearing their costumes to school today..?
