good almost afternoon! I think I broke my toe. ( @22hicks please don't laugh I know it is nowhere near what you are recovering from! ) My left knee gave out as I headed downstairs ( just 1 step from the basement floor ) so I smashed the toes down hard from that height. Ow!! It might just be a bad sprain, bruising but you know? I am not liking that I cannot curl my toes under when I sit here at the desk.

Kidding of course, but geez, I'm so sorry, it must hurt like heck.
I hope it's just a sprain, but even if it's broken, they may not do anything for it.
Take it easy; elevate you foot, ice it - often; 20 min. on, 20 off.
