Got back from warhorse and was gonna order a bit of room service but there was already a snack waiting for me compliments of the hotel, from their facebook guy lol. Nice gesture, see thats how you engage with customers. The note even said: Hope you don't mind a bit of a snacking repeat from your last visit..Enjoy your stay.. :)
